Nixa, Missouri-based Applied Cellular Technology Inc, designer and manufacturer of broadband communications equipment and satellite communications subsystems, has acquired 80% of Advanced Telecommunications Inc, an installer of telecom equipment, and voice messaging systems. Applied thinks the purchase of ATI, which currently employs 80, will add between $10m and $12m in annual revenue and $0.6m to $1.0m. Financial term of the deal were not disclosed.
