Azlan Group Plc, the UK networking systems integrator busy expanding into mainland Europe, is going through a bad patch. The company has lost both its chief executive officer, Christian Martin, and its chairman, Mike Brook, with ex IBMer Barrie Morgans replacing both. Five other senior managers have also left over the last few months. Azlan’s shares were suspended in June following an investigation into stock valuation irregularities, currently being carried out by the company’s auditors, KPMG.
