Compaq Computer Corp has established a new company, Compaq Capital Europe LLC to provide equipment leasing and financing for its European business customers. The company is to be jointly owned by Compaq and AT&T Corp, – who will act as a financing partner – and will begin offering services and products to Compaq customers in October.
