Business consultancy operation International Integration Inc, better known as I-Cube, has formed a partnership with German services provider Debis Systemhaus with the intention of aiding European organizations convert their legacy applications. The partnership will see the companies working together to aid the development of customized applications and providing help and guidance on issues such as Year 2000 conversion and European currency. Debis Systemhaus will be able to expand its service portfolio by taking advantage of I-Cube’s dealings with the migration of legacy systems to client-server applications. The partnership has come about as a result of a joint project at Daimler Benz AG, Debis’ parent company (CI No 3,224), which consisted of a migration of logistic systems from a mainframe environment.
