Nycor Inc has circulated shareholders of Zenith Electronics Corp, where it has 7.6%, with its proposals to get three of its nominees onto the Glenview, Illinois company’s eight member board as part of a plan to get the company to divest its computer monitor, cable television equipment and electronics parts businesses and concentrate solely on television manufacturing.
