Pleasanton, California-based ComputerLand Corp has now completed its previously announced acquisition of TRW Inc’s third party computer maintenance division and says it will create a microcomputer service and support business with annual turnover of $280m; terms were not disclosed; the company acquired its core support business with the purchase of Nynex Corp’s Nynex Business Centers this time last year.
