Borland International Inc will next week unveil Paradox 4.0 for MS-DOS, which it claims runs 10 times faster than 3.5 and can process video and audio clips as well as data; a Windows version will be launched in the summer, but will be slower than the MS-DOS version because of the heavy overhead imposed by Windows.
