Canton, Massachusetts-based Corporate Software Inc, microcomputer software reseller, is selling out to management and an investment group led by Information Partners Inc and Bain Capital Inc with financing to be provided by GE Capital Corp: the buyers have formed Garden Acquisition Corp for the purpose, and they will pay $15 a share cash.
