Imnet Corp based in Pine Brook, New Jersey has signed a software sales and joint development agreement with Austrian Genesis Hardware Software Consulting fur Image Systeme GmbH: Genesis will sell and market the Imnet Image Engine software integrated with their OS/2-based banking and insurance applications; the joint development agreement covers the porting of the MS-DOS-based Image Engine to the OS/2 environment where both Presentation Manager and Windows 3.0 user interfaces will both be offered; Genesis, partially owned by IBM Europe, is the European market leader in delivering advanced personal computer local network banking applications to over 30 major European, African and Asian banks.
