San Jose, California-based Orca Technology Corp, born last summer from the ashes of Priam Corp, has signed with Pacific Magtron Inc, Sunnyvale for its parent, Magtron Corp of Taiwan to get exclusive manufacturing rights to Orca’s high-end 760Mb 5.25 disk drives: under terms of the agreement, both companies have the right to sell the drives in their respective markets and production volumes of the drives will be available in summer.
