El Paso, Texas-based Accugraph Corp has announced it is acquiring a Windows-based product from Toronto-headquartered, Arkipelago Inc, that will enhance its customers’ ability to collect, edit, view and maintain records of central office telecommunications equipment from a laptop computer. The product, Bay Cable Management System, will be fully owned by Accugraph.
