Cincinnati, Ohio independent phone company Cincinnati Bell Inc has acquired Software Support Inc, which provides technical assistance over the telephone to computer users, and had revenue of $20m for the year to September 30. It has 500 employees and will be added to Cincinnati Bell’s Matrixx Marketing Inc subsidiary. Terms of the deal were not given.
