AT&T Corp’s AT&T Solutions has opened the first of its global client support centers in Durham, North Carolina to provide customers with 24-hour support for informati?on technology infrastructure. The $40m 140,000 square foot facility is the first of six centers AT&T Solutions plans around the world. It will employ up to 560 people, and deliver customized remote in? formation management functions such as network management, report generation, and desktop software support, the phone company said.
