Corona, California-based Computer Marketplace Inc has a letter of intent to buy privately held Cass Marketing Services Inc and Complete Hardware Services Inc, collectively known as Cass Marketing, for about $4.5m in shares: Cass generated total revenues of about $38m in the year to June, Computer Marketplace did about $26m in the same period.
