Cap Sesa, the French operating arm of Cap Gemini Sogeti SpA, has won a facilities management contract with international transport company Groupe Bollore Technologies SA worth $10m. Under the contract, Cap Sesa will for five years take charge of the management and evolution of Bollore’s central AS/400-based information system, linked to international sites on five continents. Cap Sesa also has a three-year mandate to manage the company’s 500 personal computers at its headquarters. Under this contract, Cap Sesa will install local networks and integrate personal computers with the central information system. Bollore’ information technology staff will all join Cap Sesa. Cap Sesa is also part of a $30m contract by CS Route with the Societe des Autoroutes Paris-Rhin-Rhone for the five-year automatic highway toll payment system project, Peage 2000. It will develop the systems for back-office management and pay-booth control.
