The 4th Wave Color Technologies Inc unit of family-owned and Long Island, New York-based Gaers Graphics Inc plans to sue Eicon Technology Corp for $47.5m for breach of contract: 4th Wave signed Eicon’s Escher-Grad division to build the new computer-related printing system created by 4th Wave according to 4th Wave’s specifications, but Eicon ended the pact on April 1.
