Teleconferencing services provider Powwownow has selected Autonomy’s content management tool TeamSite for its customer-facing website, www.powwownow.co.uk.

Autonomy, a provider of infrastructure software for the enterprise, said that TeamSite, powered by Autonomy’s IDOL (Intelligent Data Operating Layer), is a Web Content Management (WCM) platform that enables marketing experts to create, optimise and analyse Web content through a single interface, without IT expertise.

TeamSite provides marketers with comprehensive and intuitive content management capabilities, said the company.

Powwownow, a iprovider of conference calling facilities, operates in 15 countries worldwide including the US, Canada, South Africa and throughout Central Europe.

By removing the need for manual processes and ensuring a personalised online experience for its customers, TeamSite will enable Powwownow to increase its conversions and sales revenues, said Autonomy.
