AT&T Corp and General Instrument Corp teamed with DSC Communications Corp are in final talks to equip Bell Atlantic Corp’s multimedia network with Asynchronous Transfer Mode switches and video terminating equipment, the Wall Street Journal reported; an announcement is expected from the company in two weeks.
