SAP AG’s R/3 is clearly one of the industry’s most fashionable products in Russia at the moment. KPMG Peat Marwick LLP has created a special group in Moscow to provide consultancy services to those customers implementing SAP systems in Russia. Not to be outdone, Andersen Consulting has also signed an agreement of co-operation with SAP on in Russia. Andersen Consulting will be customizing R/3 packages and holding training sessions for users of the system. In the second half of 1996 Andersen Consulting will open an SAP Expertise Center in Prague to provide services for clients in Central and Eastern Europe.
