UK based TalkTalk Telecom Group has selected Wipro BPO, the outsourcing arm of Wipro Technologies, as one of its strategic partners for its outsourced contact centre operations.
As per the agreement, Wipro will create a new service centre in India to support the group’s resident customers, and will also work alongside TalkTalk to continue to improve the overall customer experience, including the implementation of new CRM technologies.
Wipro BPO senior vice president and global head Manish Dugar said Wipro’s engagement with TalkTalk reinforces their leadership as the long-term strategic partner equipped to help global corporations transform their businesses using their process and technology capabilities.
