Atlanta-based Communications Central Inc has completed acquisition of Louisville, Kentucky-based InVision Telecommunications Inc for $2m cash and 46,809 new shares: it takes over 236 telephones used by jailbirds and the related long-term contracts; it also acquired contracts for a further 263 phones for cons to be installed within six months from the date of the acquisition, for a further $1.645m cash.
