CACI International has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Paradigm Holdings, the parent of Paradigm Solutions Corporation.
The terms of the deal weren’t disclosed, though the deal will expand CACI’s cybersecurity capabilities and enterprise IT as well as security engineering capabilities.
The acquisition forms part of CACI’s growth plan to increase its presence in supporting national security missions.
Paradigm, headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, US, has about 185 employees and provides cybersecurity and enterprise IT offerings to clients in federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense, and the Intelligence Community.
Paradigm’s delivers services from cybersecurity and software engineering to cyber operations that include network security monitoring, designing and upgrading data centers, and managing security and network operations centers.
CACI expects that the acquisition of Paradigm will enable it to better meet its customers’ requirements for secure critical infrastructures and safe, reliable operations across their enterprises.
The acquisition is expected to close by the end of this year and is expected to be accretive to CACI’s earnings per share during its first 12 months.
