CLEAR COMMUNICATIONS’ NZ RAIL STAKE BOUGHT BY SHAREHOLDERS

New Zealand telecommunications group Clear Communications Ltd reports that the 15% stake held by NZ Rail Ltd in the company has been bought by the four other existing shareholders, MCI Communications Corp, Bell Canada Ltd, the New Zealand family-owned Todd Corp Ltd and Television New Zealand, which now each own a 25% stake in Clear.
