Acer America Corp, now a $1,400m-a-year business, has divided itself into three divisions: Consumer Business, Commercial Business and a System Integration Business. Vice-president Max Wu is running Commercial, vice-president Michael Culver Consumer and Acer president and chief executive Ronald Chwang is stepping in to kick off System Integration, the company says.
