Customer relationship management (CRM) software company SugarCRM has announced that Roxtec has selected Riva Integration Server from Omni to integrate its SugarCRM system with Microsoft Exchange.

Roxtec is a developer, manufacturer and seller of complete sealing offerings for cables and pipes. It has relied on Sugar Professional Edition as its worldwide CRM system since 2006.

SugarCRM said that the integration of Riva with SugarCRM enabled Roxtec to synchronise their desktop applications with mobile email, enabling 60 sales team managers in 18 of Roxtec’s subsidiaries to better collaborate and more effectively communicate.

The company added that with Riva, Roxtec reduced its administration time and efforts significantly while providing its users with advanced integration features including automatic synchronisation, along with CRM access from a variety of email applications and mobile devices such as the Apple iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

In addition to Sugar Professional, SugarCRM offers Sugar Enterprise, Corporate and Ultimate subscription options for small and mid- sized businesses to large enterprises.
