The would-be new German entrants in the local telecommunications market are in revolt according to Focus magazine, and are threatening to stop investing in Germany. We are losing time and need to postpone making investments or move investments abroad, the group – Thyssen AG, Mannesmann AG, Veba AG, RWE AG and Viag AG – wrote in a letter addressed to Chancellor Helmut Kohl.
