AT&T Corp and its distributor in Brazil, SID Telecon Ltda have formed a joint venture to provide telecommunications equipment to businesses in the country: the Sao Paulo-based venture, called AT&T Multimedia Brasil, will also market AT&T’s interactive desktop video, together with systems for integrating computers with telephones.
