ADC KENTROX, FORE SYSTEMS TO SWAP ATM TECHNOLOGY

Portland, Oregon-based ADC Kentrox Inc and Warrendale, Pennsylvania-based Fore Systems Inc have signed an Asynchronous Transfer Mode technology exchange agreement. Fore gains the right to use ADC’s Asynchronous Transfer adaptation and concentration products, while ADC will use Fore’s ForeThought Internetworking Software in its Asynchronous Mode Concentrators.
