Borland International Inc yesterday announced its new 16-bit database, Paradox 7 for Windows 3.1 and Windows for Workgroups. It will be compatible with Paradox 7 for Windows 95 and Windows NT which shipped in December and is aimed to help organizations manage the migration to 32-bit Windows platform.
