Dallas, Texas-based Camelot Corp is now shipping its DigiPhone Deluxe Internet phone system, as well as version 1.03 of the DigiPhone (CI No 2,635). The DigiPhone Deluxe is the souped-up version of the company’s speech over the Internet offering, which also includes a World Wide Web browser – Netscape Communications Corp’s Navigator 2.0 – File Transfer Protocol, Telnet and electronic mail capabilities. Other features include conference calling – for which the firm is claiming a first, voice mail, speed dialing, voice sound effects, conversation recording, and macro commands. A two-person license for the DigiPhone Deluxe is $150. The basic speech-only DigiPhone package is $90.
