TASC, a provider of systems engineering, integration and decision-support services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense and civilian agencies in the US, has acquired TexelTek, which provides secure cloud solutions to the US government.
The acquisition of TexelTek is expected to expand TASC’s capabilities in cloud computing, network consolidation and virtualization, data analytics and cybersecurity. The company has locations in Maryland, Florida, Colorado, Hawaii and overseas.
TASC president and CEO David Langstaff said TexelTek will strengthen TASC’s ability to deliver high demand capabilities and sophisticated thinking to its US government customers across the country.
