Cap Gemini NV has transferred its 50% stake in Twinsoft GmbH to its German sister firm, debis Systemhaus GmbH, part of Daimler-Benz AG’s services arm. The other 50% will continue to be held by Tandem Computers Inc. Twinsoft GmbH currently employs 50 and in the Netherlands and Belgium remains a joint venture of Cap Gemini NV and Tandem. The NV, formerly Cap Volmac Groep, is 58% owned Cap Gemini SA.
