Denver-based DCI Telecommunications Inc, which creates and markets pre-paid phone cards bearing artistic and photographic images, wants to diversify and following its proposed acquisition of Alpha Products, a manufacturer of data acquisition and control devices for personal computers, now has a letter of intent to acquire all assets of Glitch Master Marketing Inc. Glitch owns all licensing rights to Glitch Master – a short duration uninterruptible power supply designed for high speed computers; it is intended to handle the demands of Pentium and Flash chips and is claimed to protect against 90% of all power interruptions on high-speed systems. The company did $1.2m in sales in 1994 and expects to do $12m in 1995.
