P&P Plc has bought the Technology Training Centre Ltd, a City of London-based computer training company for up to ú2m. Technology Training employs 35 including 23 trainers and teaches staff of financial institutions how to use application software and custom packages, either in their own or clients’ premises. The ú2m is being paid entirely in loan notes, with ú500,000 deferred for up to six months with performance criteria attached. P&P already has training facilities in the City, and has owned QA Training Ltd since August 1994. Technology Training did ú400,000 pre-tax last time and assets totalled ú240,000 at the end of May.
