Computer Associates International Inc signed a strategic alliance agreement with Singapore’s National Computer Systems Pte Ltd to provide its CA-Unicenter to government departments and ministries. National Computer will act as the primary channel of sales, technical support and ongoing service provider for the CA- Unicenter management system.
