CSC has signed a global agreement with Panaya, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) supplier of upgrade and testing automation software, in support of SAP offerings.
Under the agreement, CSC will adopt Panaya’s cloud-based simulation service as a standard technology for analysing, planning and executing upgrades of SAP offerings and support package projects.
CSC will leverage Panaya’s ability to simulate upgrades of SAP offerings. In addition, CSC and Panaya are currently collaborating on client engagements in North America, the UK, Brazil, Australia, Spain and Germany.
Both the companies plan to jointly offer the following services: upgrade projects in support of offerings from SAP and/or Oracle; support package projects in support of SAP offerings; and test script automation in support of SAP offerings.
CSC global SAP practice partner Doug Whiting said that working closely with Panaya, which is focused on developing tools in the cloud, has enabled them to take their upgrade offerings and capabilities, in support of SAP software, to the next level.
