Netscape Communications Corp of Mountain View, California says more than 130 Plug-in developers are now creating Plug-ins to work with its Navigator client software, and that it is working with thousands of enterprise developers that are creating applications based on the Netscape environment for use on their own corporate Intranets. It also claims that developer acceptance is growing for its new Netscape LiveConnect framework for enabling live objects – Plug-ins, Java applets, JavaScript scripts and Hypertext Mark-up Language elements to communicate and interact.
