Indonesia’s newest Internet service provider MegaNet launched last week with a pledge to install gateways in 30 major cities in all 27 provinces in the near future. MegaNet operator PT Meganusa Lintasbuana, said the firm was positioning itself to be the Internet service provider with the largest coverage of Indonesia’s archipelago of 190m people. MegaNet has signed up the Jawa Pos newspaper in Surabaya, East Java to provide content and promotion for the new service.
