‘630’ WORKING TITLE FOR IBM MULTI-CHIP POWERPC IMPLEMENTATION

It now appears that 630 is only a working title for IBM Corp’s multi-chip PowerPC RISC implementation: IBM Microelectronics says that it plans to change the number before the processor starts shipping.
