IQNavigator, a provider of software offerings and managed services, has launched data analysis and real-time reporting capabilities in its enhanced services procurement and extended workforce management software.
The new offering comprises Data Xplorer data analysis tool and the Visual Xplorer executive dashboard as the centrepieces of its IQNtelligence suite.
The IQNtelligence Data Xplorer provides in-depth analysis of a client’s entire program in an interface that offers data and detail in "self serve" analysis and visualisation tools, said the company.
In addition, the offering enables drag-and-drop report creation, trend analyses, in-application pivot tables, drill down, and dynamic graph creation.
The IQNtelligence Visual Xplorer provides executive users such as spend owners and category managers with a customised, dashboard view of the information and analyses that they define as most important to them.
The Visual Xplorer with its full drag-and-drop capabilities provides an at-a-glance overview of key information derived from Data Xplorer, enabling executives and analysts to get reports and data visualisation on a single screen.
The company said that both Data Xplorer and Visual Xplorer provide details of global spend and headcount data throughout a client’s entire program through instantaneous access to data across dozens of dimensions such as regions, locations, departments, financial cost codes, job titles, spend categories and suppliers.
Further, these offerings enable dynamic analysis and visualisation, which help companies make more informed business decisions about their global services procurement programs.
IQNavigator chief operating officer John Martin said IQNavigator is putting a major focus on innovation this year in business intelligence, especially in the areas of data analysis and real-time reporting, and IQNtelligence Data Xplorer and Visual Xplorer are major milestones in that effort.
"These tools get the right information into users’ hands with unparalleled analysis and real-time capabilities," Martin said.
"Not only do we provide the deepest and broadest data sets to our clients, but these new tools provide a simple-yet-powerful way to access, review, analyse and visualise complex trends and insights in their program, such as metrics about non-employee headcount and spend, to help our clients make smarter, better informed business decisions."
