Dell has unveiled Vostro 3000 series laptops with 12 hours of battery life on select models and virtual collaboration offerings.
The new laptops are available in 13-, 14-, 15- and 17-inch forms and comes with the new Intel 2nd generation Core I Series processors.
Vostro 3000 features voice enhancing technology SRS Premium Voice Pro software; a full HD webcam; and a digital array mic to reduce ambient noise, giving small businesses a virtual collaboration offering.
In addition, the new Vostro 3000 laptops offers enhanced collaboration with pre-installed Skype and the ability to launch any VoIP or video conferencing application via one customisable dashboard button.
The top-notch security options allows users to back-up business data faster with super speed USB 3.0, standard built-in finger-print reader and Trend Micro Worry-Free Business Security, said the company.
Further, the new laptop series features ProSupport to Simplify IT – which allows businesses to choose their own level of 24×7 IT support with optional Dell ProSupport2 services.
Dell consumer and SMB product group vice-president Sam Burd said whether users are pitching, analysing, partnering or managing, the new Vostro 3000 series is designed to keep them collaborating with colleagues, partners and clients.
