SoundBlaster sound board king Creative Technology Ltd, Singapore is diversifying with the $21.8m cash acquisition of Digicom Systems Inc, which makes modem add-in boards and related products in Milpitas, California. Creative says it plans to integrate telephony capabilities into future SoundBlaster products.
