Sync Research Inc’s skills in tying Systems Network Architecture networks to open systems is winning friends in high places, and 3Com Corp has now taken an undisclosed minority stake in Irvine, California company to seal a deal under which 3Com is using Sync technology in its new LinkConverter product.
