Intel Corp president and chief executive Andrew Grove, speaking at the PC Expo in New York yesterday said the relationship between the mass-produced personal computers and the increasingly high bandwidth communications has become interdependent leading to a computing-communications spiral, with broader bandwidths needing more computer power to handle that bandwidth: the personal computer is no longer being held back by limited bandwidth and will rule the profitable high bandwith, high interactivity world.
