Apple Computer Inc has turned to San Diego-based AGE Logic Inc, the firm with X Window server software (remember the server is on the desktop machine in X Window) for Windows and Windows NT, to help it achieve its ambitions to make the Power Macintosh the ideal part-time X terminal. The two will exchange source code with Apple taking the AGE XoftWare/32 and AGE taking MacX and work together on a high performance server.AGE will enter the Mac X Window market too.
