Atlanta’s Anacomp Inc has agreed to buy somewhere-in-Texas-based magnetic meda maker Graham Magnetics; Anacorp will exchange $7.6m of its own shares for all outstanding common stock of Graham’s parent company Graham Acquisition Corp; the unit did $60m sales last year.
