Aldus Corp, Seattle signed a letter of intent to buy Compumation Inc, a supplier of network-based print and image management systems for the graphic arts industry, for as yet undisclosed terms: Aldus will create a new Aldus Prepress Division to focus on the electronic prepress industry built around Compumation.
