Adobe Systems has introduced new Web experience management offering, a Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform.

The new Web experience management offering enables businesses to leverage new mobile devices and social communities to extend marketing reach, drive brand engagement, and increase conversion rates of digital consumer.

The offering incorporates enhancements to CQ5 from Adobe, including new modules for mobile and marketing campaign management and new integration with Adobe Online Marketing Suite.

Adobe said that CQ5 is a unified suite of content management tools including Web content management (WCM), mobile, social collaboration, marketing campaign management (MCM) and digital asset management (DAM) applications.

The new CQ5 modules include: CQ5 Mobile; CQ5 Marketing Campaign Management (MCM); CQ5 Social Collaboration; and CQTargeting.

Adobe digital enterprise solutions senior vice president and general manager Rob Tarkoff said the pressure is high for businesses to become more social, personalised and interactive while maintaining greater revenue at a lower cost.

"CQ5 from Adobe, combined with the capabilities of Adobe Online Marketing Suite, gives business leaders unrivaled intelligence and agility to bolster their company brand and incite greater customer loyalty," Tarkoff said.
