Zenith Electronics Corp reports that ADC Telecommunications Inc intends to incorporate Zenith’s 16-VSB 16-level vestigial sideband technology into the ADC Homeworx interactive television loop access system, which will provide an integrated offering for delivering video dial-tone and other digital services; the two firms also said they are in discussions about possible joint marketing and product development activities that would result in a high capacity end-to-end network system for service providers.
