Blue Coat Systems has reported net revenue of $122.9m in the third quarter of fiscal 2011, a marginal increase of 2% as compared to net revenue of $121m in the same quarter last fiscal.
Revenue from products decreased to $73.4m from $84.1m in Q3 FY10, while services revenue increased to $49.4m from $42.9m of Q3 FY10.
For the third quarter ended 31 January 2011, the company posted an operating income of $15.4m, an increase of 97.4% as compared to $7.8m of the same quarter FY10.
Blue Coat reported a net income of $12.07m and $0.25 diluted EPS in the third quarter of fiscal 2011, as compared to a net income of $6.9m and $0.15 diluted EPS in the same period previous year.
For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011, the company expects net revenue to be between $121m and $128m, and net income to be in a range of $0.24 and $0.30 per diluted share.
